Dice Roller does not collect personal information through the app. The current app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores a small amount of information locally so your preferences remain available when you return. This may include:
- theme, sound, and shake-to-roll preferences;
- your custom wheel name and wheel options; and
- other settings needed for the app to work as expected.
This information stays in the app's private storage on your device. You can remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
3. Permissions
The current version does not request sensitive Android permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage access. Sound effects and the device accelerometer used for shake-to-roll operate locally and do not collect personal information.
4. Advertising, analytics, and third parties
The current version does not contain advertising, analytics, social-login, payment, or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not share app activity with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Internet connectivity
The random tools are designed to work offline. Links in the app may open your browser or email app when you choose to visit this website, read this policy, or contact support. Those external apps and services operate under their own privacy practices.
6. Children’s privacy
Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support message, contact us so we can address the request.
7. Data security and retention
App preferences remain locally on your device for as long as the app data remains installed. We do not operate a server that receives or retains these local settings.
8. Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated before or alongside the relevant release. The date at the top will show when the policy was last revised.
